Sales Tax |

We collect
sales tax in Arizona. For orders shipped to this state will have
sales tax automatically added to the order total. |

Processing an Order |
|
We DO NOT KEEP
a stock of items. In most cases
we create your jewelry after an order has been placed. We ship as
soon as an item is complete. This generally takes 2-3 weeks from the
time the order is placed. You will be notified by email as soon as
your item has shipped. In the unlikely event that it will take
longer you will be notified by email. Custom orders take up to 6-8
weeks to deliver. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be
processed on the next business day. We will make every effort to
meet a deadline you may have, if you are ordering for a gift or a
special occasion. Please discuss this with us when needed. |

Change Your Order |

If you find that you have made an error in
your order, please notify us immediately by emailing us at
info@hammerhand.com. If
your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it.
However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be
unable to modify any portion of your order. |

If you have
received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise
contact our customer service department immediately. All returns
should be shipped to the return center address below. No COD returns
